V & F Landscaping LLC, Closter, NJ. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Bergen.

2 Landscaper positions available. Temporary, full time position from 10/01/2024 through 12/20/2024, 8:00am-4:30pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required, schedule varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $21.87/hr, $32.81/hr OT, Raise/bonus at employers discretion.

Mowing lawns, Spring/Fall clean ups using backpack blower and 36 lawn mower with a wood plow to push leaves to the street, shovels to edge the beds, gutter cleanups using ladder, rope backpack blower and water hose to remove all leaves & trash inside, power washing of patios, sidewalks, decks, drain installation, lawn renovation (new sod, fertilizer application) pruning of shrubs/trees on ground using trimmers, mulch and aeration, install/repair retaining walls, leveling topsoil for new grass, removing dead bushes/trees no bigger than 20' using chainsaw and 12 ladder. May operate vehicles. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
