Lake Sunapee VNA Weekday Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Shift Pay in New London, New Hampshire
The Weekday Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Shift Pay is a full-time, salary, non-exempt on-call position from 4:30pm – 8am, Monday through Thursday. No weekends required.
The salary is based on 40 hours of pay regardless of the actual number of hours worked. If no calls are received and no visits made, the role is still paid the 40-hour salary amount.
Initial contact, and triage handled by on-call clinical triage company prior to escalating to on call team lead RN. Role provides occasional PRN after hours visits, with some scheduled evening visits. Enjoy a flexible, autonomous shift where you can use your clinical strengths.

Your Responsibilities for the Weekday Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Shift Pay:
Ability to triage all agency patient related phone calls
Complete all patient communication related documentation utilizing patient EMR and team email communication methods
Provide care to patients and families utilizing current nursing principles
Collaborate effectively with other team members/program directors
Remain competent on technical nursing skills
Provide effective patient and family teaching
Understand family dynamics and works effectively within various types of family systems
Take initiative in self-growth and professional development
Travel throughout entire service area
Practice nursing within the scope of license set by the NH Board of Nursing
Engage in respectful communication (both verbal and written) with team members, patients, family members, and the community
Adhere to agency wide policies
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need for the Weekday Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) - Baylor Shift Pay:
Current NH RN license
Minimum 1 year direct care experience preferred but not required
Excellent telephone communication skills necessary
Telephone triage experience preferred
Proof of Flu vaccination
Reliable transportation
Active driver's license
Automobile insurance
Physical exam within the last year
TB shot
