NJEDA IT / Portal CRM Developer Intern in New Jersey

Job Summary

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in designing, development and deploying Microsoft CRM cloud solutions, Power Portal solutioning and maintenance.

  • Experience with Power portal apps using web pages, web templates entity list, web form and entity forms, Dynamics CRM plugins, web resources, workflows, and client scripts.

  • Knowledge creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, reports, connectivity and custom workflows.

  • Hands on experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or equivalent tools.

  • Hands on experience with Power Automate and XrmToolBox.

  • Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline and the deployment process.

  • Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM SSRS custom development.

  • Hands on experience and knowledge of sharepoint and its Online integration of Dynamics 365.

  • Hands on experience with Power bi.

  • Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Works closely with sector leaders on industry issues, initiatives and policy discussions

  • Performs research on competitor state polices and programs

  • Promotes teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative, and customer focused work environment among division, EDA staff, and external customers.

  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; proficient in grammar, spelling and editing; and foster communications with business professionals and EDA staff

  • Ability to prioritize workload, must be highly organized, detail-oriented, handle various tasks simultaneously and work independently within limited time constrains with little or no supervision

  • Ability to analyze data, prepare data visualization materials and other relevant documentation for the sector leaders

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and deal effectively and diplomatically with business professionals and EDA staff

  • Demonstrates respectful behavior and promotes teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative and customer focused work environment among division, EDA staff and external customers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software packages

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major in computer science or related field, and/or equivalent professional experience.

Position Requirements

  • Foreign degrees/transcripts must be evaluated by a reputable evaluation service at your own expense and must be submitted prior to a start date. If this cannot be provided within 21 days of an offer the offer will be rescinded.
