Our client, a leading global consumer-centric medical device company, is looking for a Production Specialist. This is your chance to work with a global company with nearly 13,000 employees located in 30 countries.

Position Summary:

The Production Specialist - Capital Work Cell will assemble components for stock and assembly into higher-level finished products using hand tools, wire harness, epoxies, and fasteners in accordance with current blueprints and method sheets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs various assembly duties as instructed by cell lead.

• Inspects work to ensure a quality product.

• Maintain daily production log as required and completes all paperwork accurately.

• Computer knowledge (loading software) is desired.

• Maintains a clean work environment and assists in daily housekeeping.

• Follows all Method Sheets, SOP's, BSR's, and written/verbal instructions.

• Adheres to all company policies.

• Adhere to all safety requirements.

• Work well with others.

• Share ideas openly and work in a team environment.

• Performs additional duties or assignments as required by management.

• Lift up to 40Lbs occasionally.

Qualifications:

• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.

• Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.

• Brazing and Soldering a plus.

• Lean manufacturing knowledge encouraged.

• Strong working knowledge of hand tools.

• Ability to work with epoxies and solvents.

• Good manual dexterity.

• Good hand/eye coordination.

• Ability to read and understand written procedures (in English).
