ICF IT Support Technician in New Delhi, India

ICF’s IT Support Specialists provide analysis and technical support for a global user base. The role is primarily office based with flexibility to work from home on occasion.

You will be a part of our global support team and work Monday to Friday to support users on our busy helpdesk.

Flexibility to cover occasional evening and weekend shifts and project work is required (Shifts may be adjusted based on business needs)

Previous helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Knowledge of audio-visual equipment would be advantageous. Experience with Microsoft365 technologies advantageous; including Azure, Intune and/or Purview.

JOB Location :- Delhi

Exp Range 4-5 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first and second line technical support to both on-site and remote users.

· Answer queries to the Helpdesk by telephone, email or web submission.

· Installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software.

· Provides end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support.

· Collaborate with teams across CIT to identify and resolve problems.

· Uses problem solving skills to identify, investigate and recommend solutions to computer problems.

· Participates in projects, as required.

· Some shift work or after-hours may be required

Requirements:

· Relevant experience of a similar role

· Customer service experience

· Experience providing technical support by telephone.

· Professional experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows O/S and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience supporting primarily Dell and Mac hardware

· An understanding of and exposure to Active Directory

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· A+ certification

· Security + certification

· MCSA certification

Professional Experience:

· Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skill

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to elicit valuable information on technical problems from non-technical users to resolve their problems

· Strong attention to details

· The ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

· Enthusiasm, a passion for team working and a ‘can do’ attitude
