Reference #: 20689 As a Warehouse Management System Trainer at Cherokee Federal, you will play a vital role in training and coaching warehouse staff in the operation of SAP WMS. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, leadership, and training will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Warehouse location is in New Cumberland, PA. When not traveling, this position will report to the New Cumberland, PA warehouse. Requires 80% travel, at intervals of up to 4 to 6 weeks at time. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Management System Trainer: $87,000 - $90,000 per year. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Warehouse Management System Trainer Responsibilities Include: 80% travel, at intervals of up to 4 to 6 weeks at time. Expectation of significant Overtime. Demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with management at all levels. Providing over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions. Participating in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates. Assisting in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training. Collaborating in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Warehouse Management System Trainer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader. Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS. Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures. Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff. Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles. Active US Passport. United States citizenship.
