Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiting/HR Benefits Specialist in the Construction/Contractor industry based in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This role will involve supporting the Human Resources department by recruiting, posting ads, conducting phone screening, reviewing applications, maintaining compliance, scanning documents, and other administrative duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, posting job ads, and screening applications.

• Facilitate the benefits administration process for all employees.

• Maintain compliance with all human resources policies and regulations.

• Manage the documentation process by scanning and organizing HR-related documents.

• Provide support to the HR Administration team as needed.

• Manage customer inquiries related to HR and benefits.

• Monitor and take necessary actions on HR-related customer accounts.

• Maintain accurate records of all HR-related activities.

• Execute other administrative duties as assigned by the HR department. Requirements • Proficient in Benefits Administration

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Strong skills in Recruitment - Sourcing

• Knowledgeable about HR Compliance

• Familiarity with the construction and contractor industry

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in using HR related software and tools

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
