Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Daylight Production Labor to join their team. As a Daylight Production Labor, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Daylight Production Labor

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $19/hr

What's the Job?

• Perform general production labor tasks in a mill environment.

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to work Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
