We are currently seeking a Construction and General Maintenance Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and light construction for our development company. Full benefits including health, dental, eye, retirement, & vacation will be offered after a 90 day probationary period is met.

40+ hours per week with some mandatory overtime - Monday - Friday

Full-time $18.

Additional training will be provided during your probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary and assist as needed

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
