We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our team based in Cairo, Egypt .

The successful candidate will be part of the Questa RD team, working on Reqtracer and Register Assistant tools. This role involves engaging with complex software applications, developing new features, and resolving bugs while ensuring existing functionalities remain unaffected.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in software design and architecture, required for candidates with 3+ years of experience.

• Experience with software engineering best practices, including testing, reviews, and design documentation.

• Extensive knowledge of C++, JAVA, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with development experience on UNIX/Linux platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

• Strong ability to learn, explore, and innovate with complex technologies.

• Experience with HDL languages like VHDL and Verilog is a plus.
