We are looking for a Sales Manager - Egypt & Algeria to join our GEIS division (Crouse-Hinds & B-Line) in Cairo, Egypt.

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Manager for Egypt & Algeria , you will have as key responsibilities:

  • GEIS specifying and selling into the industrial and Oil and Gas market segments in the region of Egypt & Algeria.

  • Manage Egypt & Algerian market, major EPCs, Greenfield & Brownfield Projects and System integrators for Crouse Hinds & B line and follow up on their project opportunities

  • Drive specifications with End Users in Egypt & North Africa , FEED consultants and Contractors to specify products including LED ,changing specification to LED and GRP solutions for panels

  • Drive the installation audit for LED Conversion and other MRO requirements as and when necessary & provide basic engineering support to qualify those opportunities.

  • Own and handle the customers’ inquiries technically and commercially from the moment of receipt until the conversion to an order – Drive the distributors effectively & efficiently with the following, but not limited to:

  • Ontime technical & commercial support for every opportunity to ensure the conversion to PO’s.

  • Regular review of Distributor’s stock level and maintain the same to meet the MRO requirements

  • Run the distribution tracking sheet monthly

  • Understand & Evaluate the offer to the customer including technical and commercial terms

  • Review and assess technical specification, BOQ (bill of quantity) to find suitable product offering

  • Leverage the Eaton cross selling to ensure maximum Eaton product coverage.

  • Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.

  • Ensure the timely execution of the orders whenever necessary by taking lead to manage the customer expectations to meet Customer Satisfaction.

  • Meet the profit plan of the team and the individual targets on a quarterly basis to ensure the annual success.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of Sales experience in the Oil & Gas market

Skills:

  • Lighting experience

  • O&G market knowledge in Egypt and North Africa (an Advantage)

  • Dialux Software is an advantage
