Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant for the University of Human Resources.Under the general direction of the Director of HR Business Partner Services the Sr. HR Consultant will independently develop and maintain relationships with the New Brunswick Chancellor's Office Chief of Staff, New Brunswick Chancellor's Office HR Team, and HR professionals within schools and units under the New Brunswick Chancellor. This Sr. HR Consultant role within UHR would be assigned to the New Brunswick Chancellor's Office exclusively and will work with other team members within UHR to ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner.
