Posting Summary | Rutgers - New Brunswick Office of Summer and Winter Sessions seeks to hire Program Moderators for their 2023 Pre-College Summer Academy Programs. Potential candidates will moderate online non-credit courses that provide learning opportunities for high school students through the Pre-College Summer Programs. This position will be responsible for supporting facilitators as they present course topics via remote instruction. Among the key duties of this position are the following: * Ensure instructor/presenter has all tools required to conduct their course online * Troubleshoot and respond to any issues that arise for students or presenting faculty * Guide online discussion ensuring that participants are focused on the topic * Provide participants with the necessary information or background on topics covered * Oversee participant conduct |
