The Job:

As a Access and Process Controls Analyst, you’ll be part of our GSS Operations Data Management & Governance team working as a Hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Assistance with SAP S4 HANA and Central Finance implementations including:

  • Implementation and administration role based access controls to SAP platforms.

  • Assistance with user mapping activities for the SAP Central Finance, S/4 HANA implementation.

  • Administration of the SAP GRC 12.0 Access Controls tool, communications, and training:

  • Automated provisioning (access requests and approvals), firefighter and segregation of duties processes.

  • Business role process for security role assignment based on job function and department.

  • Assistance with change ticketing process for SAP security governance model.

  • Review and approval for security role design changes.

  • Assistance with INFOR Security Redesign implementations including:

  • Implementation and administration role based access controls to INFOR Application.

  • Assistance with user mapping activities.

  • Assistance with change ticketing process for INFOR security governance model.

  • Review and approval for security role design changes.

  • Recurring support deliverables include:

  • Provide assistance to end users of the GRC tool via SBD’s incident management process.

  • Assist in implementing data changes for the global change management and access approver application.

  • Work with business unit, IT and Corporate personnel to ensure process owners / end users are kept current.

  • Creation of timely periodic and ad hoc control reports to support the internal team as well as any other Corporate, IT or Business management teams as requested.

  • Update training material as required on all supported systems.

  • Collaborate with external system support teams when technical issues arise.

  • Ad hoc assistance where requested from senior analysts/management:

  • SAP user access review processes.

  • Security, GRC changes resulting from acquisitions/integrations.

The Person:

  • Basic understanding of GRC Access Controls, finance and financial processes, IT knowledge and know-how.
