Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in New Brighton, Minnesota

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in New Brighton, Minnesota for a Front Desk Coordinator. The role focuses on providing administrative assistance within an active environment. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary responsibilities will include answering multi-line phone systems, providing concierge services, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of communication, answering and directing phone calls through a multi-line system.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and organizing files.

• Utilize various software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Suite, to manage client information and perform administrative duties.

• Deliver concierge services to clients, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their experience with our services.

• Maintain a well-organized front desk area, ensuring that all administrative materials are up-to-date and easily accessible. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance.

• Proficiency in answering a Multi-Line Phone System.

• Prior experience in providing Concierge Services.

• Strong Customer Service skills.

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks.

• Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word.

• Experience in Organizing Files.
