Easterseals Port Health Program Supervisor Outpatient Therapy in New Bern, North Carolina

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-timeProgram Supervisorto join our Outpatient Therapy Team (OPT) in New Bern, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What Youll Do

As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the outpatient clinic and opioid treatment program teams at your location. You will be in charge of marketing, quality improvement and compliance, team training, as well as monitoring administrative policies. The Program Supervisor provides area supervision as well as direct supervision of the team to ensure growth, consistency, and financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

What Were Looking For

To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis,and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:

  • Full Substance Abuse and/or MH licensure
    1. LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
  • Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience; in substance use preferred
  • Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
