SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Setup Technician will serve as a key technical resource in the repair, changeover, and processing of blow molding equipment. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Changeover/start up blow molding machines and support equipment. Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot blow molding machines/support equipment. Analyze the current setup process/structure and make recommendations for improvement. Recommend changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency. Develop into a \"key\" subject matter expert. Perform preventative maintenance as required. Work closely with maintenance on reporting and/or fixing any machine repairs that are needed.
