IEWC Senior Design Specialist in NEW BERLIN, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Visual Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for branding materials, presentations, sales collateral, and social media. Design effective visuals for events, tradeshows, and IEWC facilities with the ability to convey strong messaging through design. Quickly produce high-quality designs for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite. Create and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, and potentially oversee third-party partners. Brand Management: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand\'s voice, style, and messaging. Develop and maintain brand guidelines. Presentation Development: Create visually appealing and informative presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) for internal and external use. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop impactful sales collateral. Video Production and Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce videos that effectively communicate key messages. Oversee third-party partners for video production when necessary. Email Campaigns: Support Digital Marketing Team in developing and executing email campaigns, ensuring effective communication with our audiences. Experience with HubSpot is a plus. Support Content Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing and executing content strategies aligned with marketing and branding goals. Support planning and scheduling content calendars across various platforms. Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, executive team, sales, and product development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. AI Literacy: Leverage AI tools to achieve efficiencies and drive creativity across various platforms. Stay up to date with AI trends and best practices to enhance marketing efforts. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of business experience. Some technical or college education required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Expertise in video production and editing tools. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus. Ability to work in a Microsoft Office Suite environment. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. Ability to create compelling narratives and visual stories. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work on a variety of projects with different scopes and timelines. A bias for action, prioritizing progress over perfection. A strong creative flair and the ability to think outside the box. Eagerness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
