Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical and Electrical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives, utilizing small hand and power tools, and following detailed Engineering documents. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the quality of parts used in the assembly process and maintaining all required paperwork accurately.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of small power drives.
Use small hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
Follow Engineering documents to assemble products.
Operate a computer to update the manufacturing status of jobs.
Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly, both mechanical and electrical.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
1+ year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
GED or high school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Capability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Work Environment
Work on the 2nd shift from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm in a very clean facility. Engage in small part assembly with no heavy lifting required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
