Our client, in Columbus, OH is seeking a Coordinator to join their team. They are hiring at three levels.

Job Title: Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $33-46/hr

What’s the Job?

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

  • Maintaining accurate records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of all compliance activities. This will involve using Microsoft Excel to record data and generate reports.

  • Monitoring and analyzing compliance data: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on compliance related standard practices and ensuring our company adheres to them. This will involve reviewing current internal procedures, identifying potential risks, and improving company standard practices.

  • Generating reports: You will be required to develop detailed reports and presentations that communicate compliance information to stakeholders at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments such as Transmission Planning, Engineering, and Legal to ensure our business practices are compliant.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college or an Associate's technical degree with 2 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
