Dar soporte técnico & administrativo en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo, Ambientales, de Servicios Generales y Automotores, promoviendo el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y normas aplicables al negocio de acuerdo con legislación vigente, estándares de la compañía y requisitos de clientes, tanto en instalaciones propias como en terceros. Dar seguimiento y supervisión a trabajos con contratistas en instalaciones de la compañía como en sitios de terceros.

En este rol tus responsabilidades serán:

• Tareas administrativas: generación de informes del área y para clientes, auditorías, inspecciones, uso de plataformas y aplicaciones web de la compañía.

• Confección, control y seguimiento de compras de equipos, EPPs y EPCs, insumos y servicios del área, inventarios, etc.

• Generación de documentación para ingreso a clientes (Programas de Seguridad, Aviso de Obra, Matrices de Peligros y Riesgos, Aspecos e Impactos Ambientales, Métodos de trabajo Seguro, Análisis de Riesgo, etc)

• Gestión, supervisión, asistencia y control de cumplimiento de Normas de Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo, Ambientales correspondiente a legislación local y corporativa dentro de las instalaciones de la compañía como en Clientes y Proveedores.

• Gestión, supervisión, asistencia y control de los trabajos de obras y mantenimiento edilicio de las instalaciones de la empresa y del plan de mantenimiento de vehicular.

• Análisis, control, asistencia y soporte en temas de Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo, Ambientales y de Servicios Generales (Servicios de Limpieza, Seguridad Física y Patrimonial y caterings (cafetería en las instalaciones, eventos corporativos, etc.))

• Colaboración en temas de Recursos Humanos.

• Gestión, supervisión, asistencia y control de cumplimiento de Normas ISO 45001 e ISO14001

• Dictado y atencion de entrenamientos obligatorios de la compañía

Para este rol se necesita:

• Licenciado / Ingeniero en Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (excluyente).

• Estudios Secundarios de base Tecnico (mecánico, electromecánico, etc)

• Conocimientos comprobables en Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente

• Conocimientos comprobables en mantenimiento general de oficinas y vehículos

• Conocimientos comprobables de Normas ISO 9001 & 14001 & 45001

• Conocimiento de plataformas de traqueo y GPS del mercado.

• Inglés intermedio (excluyente)

• Manejo intermedio de Word, Excel y Powerpoint. Autocad (deseables).

• Experiencia 5 años mínimo en la industria del Gas y Petróleo en Neuquen

• Matricula en Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo al día de la zona de Neuquén.
