The purpose of the eLabeling strategist mission is to unlock the digital technologies potentials for an enhanced consumer experience and for a streamlined delivery of the right product information at the right moment in a fast-moving consumer healthcare environment.

The eLabeling strategist drives the global eLabeling digital transformation aiming to deliver a consumer-centric eLabeling along with a reduction of the total lead time, the expansion of the awareness and understanding of the labeling and to create a better consumer experience, while ensuring compliance of the relevant and up-to-date eLabeling delivered to consumers on a sustainable manner.

This position is at the Global company level, to support the Global business across Regions/countries.

The Core Labeling Operations Lead will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders including Digital, Quality, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing & Supply, Packaging/Artwork teams, and external stakeholders including Health agencies.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the Business Process owner on the eLabeling strategy and implementation roadmap with the goal of ensuring consumers’ health literacy and value drives the strategy.

  • Lead the global eLabeling digital transformation leveraging digital technologies to enhance sustainability practices, operational efficiency, data analytics, and consumer experience.

  • Define governance and operating models, capability development to support strategic goals, and leverage technology and digital trends to implement the eLabeling strategy.

  • Partner with the Digital team in leading the development of business cases, in the contribution of vendor evaluation and selection processes in order to make an informed decision on the Global eLabeling solution.

  • Partner with Growth Hub team in establishing a strategic focus on eLabeling implementation by sub-categories, brands & markets based on our business strategy.

  • Cooperate with Manufacturing & Supply in the change management and impact assessment associated with the digitalization of the leaflet and deletion of the paper leaflet in reducing the carbon footprint.

  • Lead the eLabeling policy strategy and advise the Regulatory community on its deployment in Regions/countries.

  • Develop and roll-out in-depth fit for purpose best practices guidance to support the deployment of the eLabeling in Regions/countries.

  • Lead the change management in the End-To-End Labeling process associated with the implementation of the eLabeling.

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory eLabeling environment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital transformation.

  • Share insights and expertise through leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, blogs, and speaking engagements.

  • Represent CHC across external Global/EU/US trade associations Working group and foster the discussion on the local policy plan to shape the regulatory environment moving forward on eLabeling.

  • Cross-fertilize learnings and experiences with other external stakeholders also involved in eLabeling.

  • Participate in strategy discussions with senior leadership, develop work plans for engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and manage strategic communications.

About you

  • Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences field or Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering/Sciences, Information Technology or related field.

  • 3+ years experiences in Life-Sciences Industry (e.g. Regulatory, Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Packaging, Supply or Quality Assurance)

  • Soft skills :

  • He/she must be able to work with all levels of associates and direct management within the Company (domestic/international).

  • He/she will possess strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills as demonstrated by his/her successful interaction with multi-disciplinary teams either internal or external.

  • He/she will be at ease working in a matrix environment and display the necessary multicultural sensitivity in such a Global context.

  • He/she will have commercial awareness to proactively contribute to CHC business growth.

  • He/she must be detail oriented and highly organized.

  • He/she will have strong presentation skills and ability to create presentations. Ability to create process flow diagrams in software applications as needed.

  • Comfortable with speedy context switching among several workstreams at the intersection of technology, data, system, process, organization.

  • Enthusiasm for the fast-moving healthcare industry & new technology at large.

  • Technical skills :

  • He/she will have strong understanding of both business and regulatory labeling requirements.

  • A first experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology or BPM / RPA tools is a plus. (BPM/A – Business Process Management / Automation. RPA = Robotic Process Automation)

  • Languages : Fluent spoken and written English An Additional language is desirable.
