Who We Are:

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Program Manager for the USAF Weapons School at Nellis AFB, NV.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the profit and loss (P and L) complex Nellis programs at the USAF Weapons School, 414th CTS, 57th MXG, 363rd ISR and 53rd TEG.

  • Responsible for providing program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors.

  • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.

  • Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.

  • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands services with the customer.

  • Assists in the development and monitoring of budgets, work breakdown structures and other management procedures as required to manage projects.

  • Develops/grows existing and new business opportunities within Nellis and Creech USAF Commands

  • Manages and leads subcontractor relationships

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.

  • Experience in project, program management or Leadership Experience as Deputy Commandant or Squadron Commander at the USAF Weapons School

  • Graduate of the USAF Weapons School

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule to support customer requirements

  • Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI & SAP eligibility

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous experience as part of the Weapons School Leadership Team

  • Previous qualified USAF Pilot or Navigator
