PDS Tech Inc Mechanical Drafter in Neenah, Wisconsin

Looking for a change? PDS Tech is hiring a Mechanical Drafter-for one of our clients in the construction industry in Neenah WI. This is a 1 year contract position that could extend longer and pays $22-$24 per hour. Schedule would be Mon-Fr 8am -5pm.

Job Description

  • The Mechanical Technician will draft detailed pipe fabrication drawings for projects within the pipe fabrication department.

  • Use drafting program to prepare fabrication drawings of piping from data submitted by AZCO’s customers and their engineers.

  • Create readable drawings for shop to use.

  • Calculate dimensions, allowances and technical specification involved in accordance with established practices.

  • Compile bills of materials and specification sheets.

  • Compose RFI’s to ensure all specifications or drawings are correct and understood.

  • Collaborate with designers on new and special work.

  • May check drawings as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
