HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: The Manager - Global Trade Compliance will work with various teams to develop and implement the global trade strategy at local, regional and global levels, including enhancing export compliance controls, developing trade compliance policies and procedures, deploying technology solutions to enable international trade management operations, and facilitating governance through metrics, audits, training and risk assessment. This role will support generation of long-term scalable & sustainable compliance strategies, support customer solutions creation, and support investigations regarding potential compliance violations. Key Job Accountabilities: Act as Plexus subject matter expert on import and export trade regulations to provide trade solutions to the Sites, Regions, and customers by balancing regulatory expertise with operational execution. Provide escalation support to resolve issues and develop customer solutions that balance compliance and execution.
