JOB REQUIREMENTS: Logistics Co-op (Summer/Fall Term) - 873121 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Logistics Co-op (Summer/Fall Term) Role Term: Summer/Fall (Full-Time May - December 2025), this is a cooperative education program so you would be required to take off from school during the duration of the co-op term. In this role, you will: * Create/Review/Improve Processes and Standard in Material Flow * Develop Standard Work/Leader Standard Work/Health Metrics * Lead Lean Problem Solving for process gaps * Benchmark with other Kimberly-Clark facilities * Identify process improvement opportunities within material flow, including interactions with Planning, Yard, Operations, etc. * Gain Mill/Warehouse experience * Improve Material flow process knowledge * Connect with other Supply Chain and Operations functions About You You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.
