TEKsystems Administrative Assistant in Neenah, Wisconsin

TEKsystems is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work with a large, specialty insurance company. If you have 3+ years of administrative experience supporting director-level executives and are looking to continue your career at a great company - apply today!

  • Pay: $25.00/hour

  • Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • In-office position: Office located in Neenah, WI

Job Description:

  • Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to effectively support the executives (CFO, CIO, CEO, etc.) and their team’s productivity.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars and schedule requests to arrange productive in-person and virtual meetings and events.

  • Handle all aspects of travel of executives and partners; flights, hotels, rental cars/drivers, catering, etc.

  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.

  • Develop correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and surveys.

  • Proofread and provide suggested edits to documentation prior to distribution to internal and/or external parties.

  • Code and submit expenses and invoices to the appropriate business area(s), and report budget variances regularly.

  • Work with the Vendor Management Office and Legal Department, as needed, to initiate agreements, contracts, etc. with external parties.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ of experience supporting director-level executives

  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex environments

  • Experience with calendar and travel management

  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook

  • Interact with a positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion with the ability to create and maintain relationships

  • Skillful execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
