Robert Half Account Manager/Sales in Neenah, Wisconsin

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative/Account Manager based in Neenah, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products, managing accounts, and supporting the sales team. This role is instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our telecom provider company.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain working relationships with new and existing customers

• Proactively promote and cross-sell product lines to all customers, identifying opportunities to upsell

• Manage accounts of various sizes, providing timely customer support by answering questions about our products, installations, quotations, samples, and more

• Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets as required

• Support accounts, sales team or organization through project management when needed

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in account maintenance and management

• Proficiency in key account management

• Experience in inside sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales team and other departments

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
