Full job description CROFT is a diversified natural gas and oilfield equipment company that offers a full product and service portfolio of production/ processing equipment and a proprietary suite of emissions-free technology, all focused on delivering turnkey solutions.

Job Summary: - Responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date financial information about a business. - Theyre always taking the pulse of a business. - They are responsible for recording and maintaining a business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, and payments. - They will record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement.

Essential Job Functions: - Receives and verify expense reports; reconcile expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records and retention of reports. - Review vendor invoices for accuracy, use 3-way match verification, and invoice entry to software. - Facilitate vendor payments including obtaining W9 information, - Reviewing purchase orders, preparing tax exemption certificates, and resolving discrepancies. - Maintain and monitor accounts payable. - Review reconcile expense reports.

Educational and Skills Requirements: - High School or equivalent GED. - Minimum 1 years of accounting experience in a bookkeeping or financial management role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Impeccable analytical and organizational skills. - Self-motivated and self-directed. - Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
