The main job duties will include grounds keeping, trash pick-up, cleaning of unit as needed, light repairs and any other work as designated by an on-site supervisor. Interested candidates should have at least one year of experience with grounds keeping and property maintenance with job duties similar to the ones listed. Candidate must be dependable, able to work as scheduled Monday through Friday, daytime hours, and be available for occasional overtime.

Must also have your own tools (hammer, drill, screwdriver, etc.).

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
