You Have:

You Will:

  • Coordinate.Manage all details for incoming groups, including weddings, social events, and other assigned groups, based on business needs. Enter all information into our Opera system from start to finish.
  • Support.Oversee details, timelines, and create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to provide support for ADF and Lied Lodge internal events.
  • Collaborate and inspire. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders across internal departments to ensure successful event outcomes. This requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate, and guide others to achieve shared goals.
  • Grow. Support the financial goals of ADF by identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling experiences, products, and menu selections to assigned groups.
  • Provide administrative support.From keeping accurate track of group room blocks and group payments,inspecting rooms before the start of each event and during to ensure all requests have been met, and keeping accurate and updated records through organizational processes.
  • Engage with guests.Once the event is contracted, you will seek to understand the guests' expectations providing them with guidance and direction to create successful outcomes.
  • Schedule.The role will have a set schedule, working from Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
  • Provide service excellence.In every interaction both internally and externally, youll be expected to provide service excellence.
