Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with a rapidly growing industry leader based in NW Ohio that is looking for an experienced business-to-business collections professional to join their team. As the succesful AR Specialist, you will have a significant impact on the overall financial performance of the organization as you:

• Conduct credit reviews for new customers and establish terms.

• Monitor customer accounts/order credit hold status.

• Lead the collections process with strategic customers.

• Provide excellent customer support, resolve outstanding balances.

• Assist in multiple areas of Accounting & Finance as requested.

• Process credit card payments, apply cash receipts to AR balances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will likely possess:

• Several years in a similar role handling B2B collections

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers

• Strong Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables & SUMIF-type formulas)
