You will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities operate efficiently and reliably. This is more than just fixing things; it's about preventing problems, optimizing processes, and ultimately supporting production.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program. Your duties will include preventive maintenance, corrective actions, equipment installations, and modifications, all meticulously documented. You will also be a key partner for production

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for:

Develop and schedule maintenance activities for the entire maintenance team.

Oversee the completion of 100% of preventive maintenance orders.

Ensure 100% equipment functionality.

Reduce equipment downtime.

Perform corrective maintenance as needed.

Provide comprehensive support to production teams.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency.

Lead cost reduction projects.

Maintain accurate spare parts inventory.

Identify and manage environmental aspects of the work area.

Review and approve maintenance technicians' records.

Support EHS and Customer Experience initiatives as assigned.Perform corrective equipment maintenance as required.

Provide 100% support to production.

Implement cost reduction projects.

Maintain critical spare parts inventory.

Identify environmental aspects of processes.

Support EHS assigned responsibilities.

Support CARRIER EXCELLENCE assigned responsibilities

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated team player.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

90% English proficiency.

Experience with maintenance teams and knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a plus.

Preventive and corrective maintenance: High
