Established Quality Engineering professional. Works as an individual contributor to set and achieve objectives for own area of responsibility. Influences process and planning decisions with knowledge and explanations of Quality Engineering policies, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer complaints for prompt resolution.

• Perform root cause analysis of problems related to product performance and functionality.

• Develop and establish quality audit and inspection procedures focused on ensuring product standards.

• Monitor and control area metrics such as FPY and SCRAP, as well as comply with Quality Management System requirements.

• Implement control plans to meet product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial, Administration or similar.

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position.

• Advanced English

• Support in Failure analysis of finished product and component level.

• Perform continuous improvement projects.

• Support in the analysis and follow-up of actions for FPY and SCRAP reduction.

• Support in assigned engineering changes and perform activities required for implementation and approval. |Daily activities (desirable).

• Support on quality related issues, for the development of a NPI or TOW.

• Evaluate suspicious material detected in process (Non Conforming Product).

• Knowledge in the different regulations. | Knowledge with ISO.
