Maintenance Focus :
Assist in developing and implementing Preventive Maintenance Plans.
Ensure timely corrective actions are carried out.
Promote application of CBRE and client engineering standards.
Ensure CMMS system implementation aligns with client and CBRE requirements.
Operational Information Management :
Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain up-to-date operational documentation, including QHSE reports and maintenance records.
KPI Reporting :
Work with on-site teams to ensure all Hard Services KPIs are met per Client Agreement in the APAC region.
Collaboration :
Engage with in-country CBRE platforms and account teams for effective strategy and process implementation.
Process Improvement :
Recommend and develop enhancements to processes and reporting tools for operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Build and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and external agencies for collaborative support of operational initiatives.
System Compliance :
Ensure effective utilization and regular updates of CBRE systems to reflect current operational status.
Training and Support :
Provide necessary training and support to contract site teams, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
Best Practice Promotion :
Act as a culture carrier, promoting best practices and adherence to company policies across the Business Unit/Contract.
Strategic Sourcing & Cost Saving Implementation :
Work with on-site teams and CBRE partners to evaluate outsourced hard service providers for optimal pricing and performance.
Compliance Assurance :
Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and processes, ensuring compliance across account on-site teams.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to make decisions thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to write reports, analyse, and interpret complex documents • Effective communication with the client, peers and management team • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. • Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language • Ability to keep up date with best Engineering practices in a Life&Science / Office environment • Demonstrates integrity - acts consistent with what he says and believes in line with ethical standards
