One position for an hourly Glue Floater within the Press Department is now open at the Natchitoches EWP mill. The qualified candidate would have previous experience working in the Press department. This role would be responsible for ensuring proper housekeeping related to the glue systems.

The hourly wage for this role is $21.22.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure glue system is in proper operation.
• Clean glue filters once per shift, and swap glue pumps every shift.
• Ensure glue and filter material is disposed of properly.
• Assist in cleaning the glue system as necessary.
• Clean sump pumps.
• Ensure glue rooms are clean, organized, and free of debris and/or spilled glue.
• Assist with glue operations in the Finished Goods Department.

• Other duties as assigned.

• A current resume detailing education and work history is required for consideration.

• Previous experience in Press Department a preference.
• Ability to handle multiple projects safely and effectively.
• Initiative to identify and resolve issues.
• Must be willing to work five days a week, ten (10) hours a day as operating conditions require.
• Willing and able to work at heights, in confined spaces, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an industrial environment containing wood dust and extreme heat and cold.
