The Scrum Master II will be an integral part of our growing software and product development team. This person will work, with an Agile mindset, directly with Software Engineering and Product Management, on new and/or existing goals.

Responsibilities:â?¯

Support one or more Agile teams in the role of a Scrum Master

Demonstrates Scrum and Agile values to others

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.â?¯

Removing impediments and coach teams on removing impedimentsâ?¯

Work with metrics and analysis to continuously improve performance and deliveryâ?¯

Encourage team cohesion, empowerment, and ownership of commitments.

Assist Product Owner(s) with backlog management and provide coaching on agile product ownership best practicesâ?¯
