Taco Bell Assistant Manager / Natchez in Natchez, Mississippi

This Position is for an Assistant Manager with a company location in Natchez, MS.

Hours of operation: Monday to Thursday 7 AM to 3 AM and weekend 7 AM to 5 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and payroll. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Perform personnel actions as required to include employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets. Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service. Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.

Qualifications: At least 21 years of age. Food Management experience is a plus but not required. Access to reliable transportation to get to work. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be capable of working under pressure.

Salaried Assistant Managers position. 5 day work week, 2 days off, vacation, monthly bonus program, medical benefits can include dental & vision. Salary increases are tied to store performance.
