We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Sr. Product Manager for the Last Mile team to manage Service Level Standards (SLS). This person will own delivery performance programs and mechanisms that delivery service partners (DSPs) use to manage their operations. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to:

  • Analyze metrics and behaviors to draw key business insights

  • Identify, develop and execute performance programs that will improve the safety, quality, and speed of customers’ shipments

  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive programs that enable DSPs to be successful

  • Develop effective scaling mechanisms

  • Operate and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Role may require to travel upto 20% with US

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience with end to end product delivery
