Adecco US, Inc. Reliability Engineering Lead (Hybrid) in Nashville, Tennessee

Adecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Reliability Engineering Lead in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing reliability activities for a designated project within product development.

  • Identifying projects and defining scope and requirements, including project budgets, resources, and timelines.

  • Developing and leading reliability test plans, reviewing and interpreting test results.

  • Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling

  • Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.

  • Collaborating across departments on field issues, and communicating technical issues to internal stakeholders.

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.

  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field.

  • 6+ years of experience in engineering field.

  • 4+ years of experience managing or supervising direct reports

  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our client offers:

  • Annual base salary in the $115,000-125,000 range

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
