Robert Half's client is seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis through our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing professional, high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with multiple departments to transform complex information into engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract, 3 months with possible extension, PT (15-20 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

W2 Pay Rate: $35/hr- 43/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and executives to design presentations for meetings, pitches, reports, HR trainings, business reviews, and other communication needs.

• Develop visually appealing slides using PowerPoint, and create and incorporate custom graphics, charts, and infographics to present data and ideas clearly in Adobe Illustrator.

• Ensure consistency with brand identity and adhere to corporate design standards.

• Edit and revise presentations based on client feedback, ensuring high quality and accuracy.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Adapt presentations for various formats, including live events, webinars, and print.

• Provide strategic input on presentation flow and storytelling to enhance the overall message.

  Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist or in a similar design role.

• Expertise in PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Experience with Workfront is a plus.

• Strong design sense with a focus on layout, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, visual formats.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience working within corporate environments is a plus.

• Staffing agency experience and flexibility to work on a variety of projects preferred.
