  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition

• Drive a company vehicle to customers’ locations

• Safely apply pesticides according to company policy, label instructions, and any applicable law

• Document services performed according to company policy and any applicable law

• Call customers with updates

• Respond quickly to customer and/or office requests

• Assist in sales activities

  Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High School or Equivalent preferred but not required

• Valid Driver’s License

• Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen Required

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated heights

• Ability to work with stinging and/or biting pests

• Ability to read and write notes clearly

• Be able to lift equipment backpack, up to 50 lbs

• Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process

• Able to handle, mix, and spray pesticides and the chemicals associated with them

• Preferred that you are already licensed to provide pest control services in Tennessee - though WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN!

• A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience is preferred.

• Need to be in good physical condition in order to adequately meet the demands of fieldwork.

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable interacting with customers as needed.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check, with no felony or violate misdemeanor convictions.

• Overall positive attitude, strong work ethic, aspirations to grow professionally, and excitement to be a part of a local operation in Tennessee.
