Pavement Technician Supervisor Summary:**

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,0000 depending on experience.
• Schedule will be flexible; must be able to work days and nights and on the weekends.
• Great growth opportunity and career path.
• Will oversee and develop a team of pavement technicians.
• Will be the face of the company; provide conflict resolution with customers.
• Will oversee bids/assignments that occur each day. Helping set up line stripping for parking lots and etc.

Pavement Technician Supervisor Requirements:

• Must have a strong construction, pavement working background.
• Must have at least two years experience in a supervisor/managerial role overseeing employees.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
• Must be charismatic and a people person.
