Join Kelly as a Medical Receptionist!

? Location: Nashville, TN

? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

? Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

• Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
