Job Description

Our automation manufacturing client is seeking an experience machinist to join their team. This role will be responsible for modifying existing parts in an automated Bridgeport Endmill through the Acu-Rite system. This role will work with engineering teams to pull designs from CAD and enter the data to create the pattern the mill will run to modify parts. This person will need to provide their own set of precision measurement tools and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, this role will require 50 hours a week and this will include working on most Saturdays.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years machinist experience

Manual machining experience

Experience with an automated end mill

Must own precision measuring tools Lathe experience

Knowledge of 5S methodologies & lean manufacturing null
