Adecco US, Inc. Lead Sustaining Engineer (Hybrid) in Nashville, Tennessee

Adecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Lead Sustaining Engineering in Nashville, TN!

This role will lead reliability and sustainability related functions in Product Development. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance, innovation, quality, dependability, durability, and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee reliability and sustainability activities.

  • Steer quality initiatives for new and existing products.

  • Integrate new products into manufacturing.

  • Onboard products into reliability program and support existing ones.

  • Develop testing strategies and organize test plans.

  • Manage project plans, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Identify and mitigate risks for long-term product durability and quality.

  • Conduct FMEA activities for engineering projects.

  • Identify improvement areas through warranty reviews and customer feedback.

  • Implement engineering standards and procedures.

  • Act as a reliability and sustainability subject matter expert.

  • Provide leadership and support to up to 10 direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.

  • 10+ years of product development/engineering experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing people and projects.

  • Background in the Appliance, HVAC, or similar industry is highly preferred

  • Proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD, Solidworks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab, EES, CFD, FEA.

  • Familiarity with project management, data analysis, risk management, and statistical analysis tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Our client offers:

  • Annual base salary in the $110,000-130,000 range + bonus

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
