Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

• Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

• Support payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.
