Position Summary

This position is located in Nashville, TN and relocation assistance is NOT being offered. This person must live within a commutable distance from Nashville, TN. This is NOT a Data Analyst position but an Environmental, Social, and Governance Data Analyst role. This person will be responsible for managing Environmental, Social and Governance compliance requests from BSAM customers and governance for Customer Requests. Active support to better meet customer needs and enable new business value capture. Activities include analyzing and interpreting collected and reported data, spotting trends and opportunities, writing reports and recommendations for internal use, keeping records, and maintaining engagement with BSAM SMEs. Additional activities include supporting the certification processes for sustainable products, sites, or systems,

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert and point person to manage all Environmental, Social, and Governanc customer requests via the NQC platform.

  • Collaborate to respond to customers' requests about BSAM ESG performance, commitments, and management.

  • Maintain the records of ESG requests from customers for all BSAM operations (all product categories and businesses)

  • Work with BSAM Subject Mater Experts to collect relevant data related to BSAM-ESG

  • Support the Team in LA to guarantee alignment in responses and data.

  • Monthly analysis and reporting of the data requested by customer category and ESG topics.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities and topic-specific information to support the sales teams in their interactions with customers.

  • Improve the average score of the NQC surveys year over year.

  • Create ESG content like presentations and materials to maximize BSAM engagement with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Support content development to support SBO communications strategy.

  • Assist with sustainability certification processes for products, plants and systems (RBA, ISCC, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Latin America

  • Spanish / Portuguese

  • Knowledge and experience with CDP, ecoVadis, Drive Sustainability, or similar.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in administration, project management, environmental or social studies or sustainability with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

  • Experience in ESG reporting processes and systems.

  • Certifications: GRI, ISO 26000, Sustainability Governance or similar.
