Day-to-Day:

A community blood bank is looking for a Depot Assistant Supervisor to sit in their Nashville distribution center. This person will directly report to the Depot Supervisor and will assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts under highly regulated FDA standards. This person will coordinate with their mobile donation vans, receive and document blood components, proactively schedule courier pickup, and ensure delivery to the Chattanooga lab. This role will be about 50% data entry and management while the other 50% will comprise of physical counts, creating scheduling for the depot, and coordinating with Depot Supervisor and Hospital Service leadership with daily and weekly team calls.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's license and background check for MVR

• Experience proactively managing inventory, scheduling product delivery in a distribution center environment

• Experience in a high regulated or detailed work environment (warehouse, food safety, drug safety, etc. Client is regulated by the FDA) Pluses:

• Blood Bank or hospital experience null
