Job Summary and Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

The positions primary responsibility will be to define, implement and support integration to and from source financial data systems with Axiom Budget Application and F&A Reporting Tool. Supports business owner needs related to implementing system enhancements or resolving system issues. Provides business knowledge and subject matter expertise on systems to business owners and team members. Works with other key project team members to define requirements and how to support those requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements and the business need.

Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Creates deliverables independently and in conjunction with the business area.

• Ability to multi-task and handle various assignments, assisting management in prioritization of tasks. This includes working on multiple projects at a time with different specialties and business owners. Work with projects at different phases – implementation, vendor analysis, support, etc.

• Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish tasks/goals. In some cases, the analyst will need to act as a PM, BA, Product Analyst, tester, etc. This includes driving tasks to completion, reporting status and escalating issues as needed.

• Works with customers to ensure project dates are met and ensures timely completion of deliverables.

• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Function as the Subject Matter Expert of Axiom Budget and F&A Reporting applications supported by the vendor and or Financial Development team. Work with the Business owner, vendor and other team members where appropriate to design and develop systems, ensure that the integration between systems function properly, evaluate and propose opportunities for cost control, and resolve issues as necessary. Work with a multitude of business owners to rollout new solutions to all supported lines of business. Development of future strategies using technology.

Responsible for maintaining documentation for projects and ensures the information can be easily located and referenced by the organization. This may include Requirements, ISAM and other documentation development. This also includes supporting the applications.

Work with source/target systems SMEs and other project members on integration requirements and understanding scope and capabilities.

Work on use cases, review testing scenarios. Assist with testing, problem determination and identifying proper resolutions with current and future development of Axiom Budget and F&A Reporting Applications owned by the Financial Development team.

EXPERIENCE

Qualified candidates will have 3-7 years of relevant work experience required

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree preferred

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Financial Applications that facilitate budget and F&A related tasks with the latest technology.

• Experienced in the implementation and deployment of interface and integration requirements for financial systems.

• Integration with third party application experience preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

• Proven leadership ability with strong business analysis and integration development experience.

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

• Some local travel may be required

• Typical work week hours can vary depending on workload and project deliverables
